Cable, Shift Interlock: Adjustments: Adjustments

Place transmission in park and ignition key in off position.

Remove the shifter housing (1). Refer to REMOVAL .

Adjust interlock cable/system as follows: Pry up on cable adjuster lock (2) to release and allow cable to "self-adjust". Lock cable adjustment by pressing down on the adjuster lock (2) until bottomed at the cable housing.
