Upper Hinge

Using a grease pencil or equivalent, mark the position of the hinge on the door and B-pillar.
Remove the nuts (1) attaching the hinge to the door (7).

Remove the bolts (3) attaching the hinge (2) to the B-pillar (1) and remove the hinge.
